No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.
If the Event is cancelled or postponed by us or the venue, ticket holders will be offered a refund.
Any significant changes to the Event, including venue, timings, or programme, will be communicated to registered ticket holders.

Terms & Conditions
A Nightmare on Jumeirah Street is organised by The Virelia and CCM and will take place at UBK, JLT on 31 October 2026.
A valid ticket is required for entry. Tickets are non-refundable, except where otherwise stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Tickets are intended for the named guest.
The ticket price covers event entry only. Food and beverages are not included and must be purchased separately at the venue.
Guests must follow the instructions of the organisers, venue staff, and security personnel at all times.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate.
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. The organisers and venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
Guests may be photographed or recorded during the Event for promotional and marketing purposes.
The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the Event programme, timings, activities, or arrangements when necessary.
